Amboseli Lodge is the only place you should visit and spend a night when you are in Kenya .Our room, more of a small bungalow, was within yards of the perimeter fence which was all that separated us from the wildlife out in the park beyond. Elephants were grazing within 100 yards of our front door! The grounds are abundant in birds, lizards, butterflies and dragonflies. 
The 'old world' bungalows and more modern but traditionally styled bedroom blocks at this main lodge provide a rustic ambiance in the heartland of the nomadic Masai people. The lodge has got 118 double rooms; swimming pool, a large lounge and the feature fireplace provide the ideal ambiance to unwind from a long safari day.

The professional armed rangers and trackers conduct all game drives and walks ensuring that rare bird species and the more fascinating fauna and flora are not overlooked - adding to your complete wilderness experience. Safaris depart just after sunrise each day in an open, fully equipped vehicle and again after you have enjoyed afternoon tea. The evening game drive continues into the night after sundowners at a panoramic viewpoint.
