Breezes Beach Club and Spa Hotel Zanzibar
We were so pleased when we arrived at Breezes Beach Club and Spa Hotel Zanzibar! We were told that they are a 4 STAR hotel but they really could be 5 STAR.
The service was wonderful compared to many other places we have stayed in Tanzania and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the sounds of the Indian Ocean from our beach chairs. The rooms are clean and bigger than we expected for what we were paying and they were exactly what we needed for a week spent sitting on the beach, in one of the restaurants or at the bar. The breakfast buffets are amazing with several types of fresh bread and pastries plus an egg to order area and waffle, pancake or crepes area. All of this with a selection of fresh fruit and more really help to start your day off on a positive note. The lunch menu is varied and the employees are sure to come up with something different if you are picky like me! The dinners are really great too. Every night is a different theme and menu. If you are staying a while it really makes a difference like it is a new different restaurant every night.
We couldn't wait to see what it was going to look like the next day! Go to the spa! What a treat and it is less expensive than what you would expect from a place that employs a professional team from Indonesia! There are plenty of water sports to do and the diving was amazing. There is so much to see and we had an amazing time with the dive team. We loved our stay at Breezes and will return for sure. If you are looking for great value for money this is the place for you!
