Copy of Birth Cerificate

I was born in Kampala and currently living in Canada. How would I go about getting a copy of my birth certificate or letter of affidavit, PLEASE

This will be done by your parents and local council {LC)chairman here in Uganda. In Uganda Many people don't have these certificates but its simple to get it if you live in Kampala. If you know any person dealing in Clearing and forwarding in Uganda, you will be helped.

I cant give you a specific person since you are very far. Remember our fellow Ugandans are too corrupt and with cash anything is possible. BUT TRY TO CONTACT YOUR PARENTS HERE IN UGANDA. I was looking for mine and i found it at my Gomborora ( Parish} in Bukinda Kabale District.Its a bit hectic but possible.
