Kampala the Town yet to be Upgraded into a city

Hello there Ugandans love Kampala being their city but they don't love i t the way it is.Hence the people of Uganda love the Kampala that is free from pot holes ,Traffic Jam,Thurber Insecurity, and all in all a clean and Modernized City that does not operate on Tycoons' wishes . Thus between 2016/2021 as The Kampala Central Member of Parliament & 2021/2036 as the Mayor of Kampala City .A young intellectual ,social diplomatic gentleman by the names of ISAAC NEWTON BITUKIRIRE is coming to upgrade our Kampala into a Modern City that will be enjoyed by all the people Am THEREFORE SORRY BUT i am coming to upgrade Kampala into a modern City hence its not too late to appeal to you all for your votes ,its not too late .FOR GOD AND MY CITY
