Hostel Hoff in Moshi Tanzania The hostel Hoff in Moshi is located in Moshi town at the base of Kilimanjaro, Northern Tanzania. It caters for volunteers who wish to work in Moshi but side step profit making organisations, and those who are travelling in Northern Tanzania, just passing through or climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
It is a small, friendly hostel (the only one like it in the area) with small dorm rooms, and lots of communal areas outside and inside. Breakfast, dinner and laundry are included, there are no check-out times, no curfews and no rules, except to respect other guests. They have links to projects in the town that are in need of volunteers and they give free advice and help to those staying with them regarding volunteering. It is run by other young volunteers and travellers and the emphasis is placed on having a relaxed place to stay and mixing with other travellers and volunteers. They have a book swap, DVD room and bbq's, etc., at the weekend.
