Hotel Boulevard Nairobi lies at the very end of Nairobi’s Harry Thuku road at the foot of Museum Hill.

It is located within four and a half acres of lush gardens bounded by the Nairobi River at the back, on the other side of which are the green precincts of the National Museum of Kenya. The hotel boasts its own swimming pool and tennis court.

I find the location very convenient for walking to downtown Nairobi. Within 10 mins I can be shopping in a supermarket .After our safari we requested a garden view and were granted with no problems.

Inside the hotel our room was nicely furnished plus contained an electronic safe (no extra cost) and fridge. Everything was clean and tidy with hot water in the bathroom. You can eat in the hotel at night and the food is just gorgeous and inexpensiveCheck rates and availability of this hotel here

Breakfast is buffet style with a mixture of everything including bacon, sausages etc just in case you want an English style breakfast.

Outside there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, outside bar and nice gardens. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from downtown Nairobi which you reach via the quiet Harry Thuku Road frequented by locals going about their everyday business .At the end of this road there is a Barclays Bank and ATM machine.

The hotel has 70 en-suite rooms of which each has a safe, satellite TV, radio, internet facilities and direct telephones. The restaurant offers a comprehensive a'la carte menu to cater for local and international tastes, while the terraces surrounding the dinning room are the ideal venue for guests to enjoy their sundowners.
