The reception area is very nicely done with a high ceiling and comfy chairs. Our room was clean and comfortable We were left two bottles of water in the bathroom which was a nice touch. We had a nice lunch at the pool bar; the food at dinner was also good .

There are banks opposite the main entrance and a large shopping centre behind the hotel with a supermarket amongst other things. The staff were helpful and friendly .We did an excursion to the AFEW Giraffe Centre while we were there
