But it was not crowded, since the lay-out is spacious. Staff was very friendly –it felt “genuine” and fairly efficient. Management was not in an “ivory tower” but visible and kept in touch with the participants and organizers. I felt this was almost exceptional, since I have the experience in other hotels that it often takes an act of Parliament to talk to a manager and they only come reluctantly. 
Some of our work group-sessions took place on the beach or in the open lobby with a fresh breeze coming in from the sea instead of the provided room which gave some added value to atmosphere of the workshop. We went to the adjacent island for some snorkeling and played beach-volleybal another evening. Rooms are reasonably spacious, very bright with full sea-view. The bed and bathroom are good, but A more interesting atmosphere than most new hotels. The pool is just big enough, but you have the Ocean a few meters away.
