We arrived at Mara Leisure Camp Hotel to a great reception with song and dance from the Masai warriors,, UNBELIEVABLE! Our Jumbo tent honeymoon suite was spacious and ensuite with a bathtub and shower.

Three main meals are served, unlike other lodges where the programme is so fixed, they played our safari by the ear and improvised to suite our schedule, delicious picnic lunches were repaired to take with us to the bush, hence avoiding having to drive back..

In the evening they lit a bonfire by the river for us to enjoy our brandy while gazing at the unbelievable African sky... the meals, there is also a bar, though small in size, the restaurant needs to be moved to an open mess tent.... otherwise our game drives were designed to suit our pace...

I am told they equally are happy to accept guests that would like to bring their own vehicle.You will feel safe in this environment, tents are wonderfully equipped and Mara Leisure Camp Team is plus ultra.
