There is a wide variety of accommodation at Nyali Beach Hotel Mombasa luxury suites to mature cottages. The main building has spacious older rooms while the Garden Wing rooms are more modern and wind through the tropical gardens.

The luxury Palm Wing has 54 rooms close to the sea, most with ocean views. These are spacious rooms with wood floors, satellite TV, radio and minibar. All rooms have modern bathrooms, air conditioning, telephones and 24 hour room service.

Nightlife at Nyali is a blast. Every night there's something different going on. Try a barbecue, watch some tribal dancing or acrobatics, dance under the stars or hit the disco at "Noon's" until the early hours. Have a flutter at the casino.

We loved all the different types of fish and meat dishes, desserts and tropical fruits. We couldn’t believe how many different fruit juices there were at breakfast. All the staff were smiling and helpful. The entertainment was very good especially the Mombasa Roots Band who sang a lot of African songs which was very relaxing sitting outside eating under the dark African sky.

It was helpful having the shops in the hotel complex. We liked the one in the gardens and got a lot of souvenirs from there. A lot of the ladies had manicures, etc at the beauty salon.

Many younger guests enjoyed participating in Kite Surfing from the centre at the hotel and there was a very good mix of people enjoying their holiday. We didn’t hear any bad comments about the hotel, food or staff.Click here fo more information about this hotel in Kenya

We liked the colonial styling, the location, and the fact that probably half the guests are Kenyans - it didn't feel like a typical tourist hotel.
