Panari Hotel Nairobi Kenya

Travel Business

The Panari Hotel Nairobi is one hotel that i will stay in anytime if they can take me and my family.

Excellent service ! They can accommodate families and much more.

Their breakfast buffet is more than generous- very nice service.Their rooms are very spacious and well equipped. If you are in Nairobi and have some money to spend for some comfort before your ventures into East Africa wildlife safaris Panari is the place to be.The Panari was obviously built to host westerners. It is near the location of the former US Embassy that was bombed in 1998. The hotel includes a shopping area and food court and even a small ice rink. The fitness center is well-stocked with weight and cardio equipment. The spa has a large indoor pool, dry and wet sauna…for no extra fee.

The staff (all local Kenyans) are well spoken, educated and friendly in a true sense. Smiles around.

This hotel is ideal for those who are only transiting through Nairobi airport and do not wish to see the city. It is in the middle of nowhere, between Nairobi airport and the city. Staying here will ensure that you don’t get caught up in the chaotic traffic of Nairobi’s city streets.

It once took me 2 hours to get from the airport to a hotel in the city. So this is a great option for anyone stressing about getting to their flights. The proximity of the hotel to the airport also means the shuttle to the airport is also cheaper, compared to if you stayed at any other hotel in the city centre.

This is a modern structure of glass and steel. The hotel sits atop the Panari Sky Centre, so the reception is actually located on the third floor above the offices and shops. The lobby is spacious and a little barren, but at least it’s clean. Click for more information about this hotel in Nairobi Kenya

The room continues the contemporary look, albeit with some of the furniture bordering on the tacky and weird. The beds are firm and is great for those who definitely need that rest before their next flight.

The most impressive aspect of the room is the bathroom. It is massive, at about almost half the size of the whole room. It is a very modern bathroom with everything you would need.

The Red Garnet restaurant offer buffet meals with a good selection. You will have a great variety of salads, breads, hot meals from African,

The gym is probably one of the best of the hotels I have stayed in Kenya. It has the biggest range in equipment, is spacious and has a personal trainer at hand to assist with anything.

Given the hotel’s isolation, there is nothing to do beyond the gates of the hotel. The Panari Sky Centre does offer some kind of respite from boredom.

It has an ice rink, movie theatre, tour operators, the largest souvenir store in Kenya, beauty salon and massage parlour, food court, a bar and a couple of foreign exchange outlets. If you are bored with all of these, the city centre is about a 20 minute drive by taxi if you avoid peak hour.
