passport application

I am a Uganda by birth and I want to acquire a Ugandan passport but I have been studying in Kenya.Though my mum gave birth to me at a tender age I don't have a birth certificate. My whole family is in Uganda accept my mum who has been married again in Kenya. What will I need to do to acquire a Ugandan passport legally?

MY ANSWER

Tell your MOM look for your father's local council chairman. The chairman will give you the supporting letter to support your birth rights.

This letter will be taken to the immigration offices where your will get the form.

Though its a bit hectic i know you will get it. Another thing is that
at least you should learn some words in your fathers language.

All the best
