1.In a pan cook the ground Pork 2.Add salt
3.In a different pan heat the oil and add onions
4.Cook until translucent
5.Add garlic, anise, cumin and coriander
6.When garlic is cooked, add the previously prepared ground Pork
7.Set aside to cool
8.Fold the wrappers
9.Brush flour paste on edges of the wrappers to keep them glued to each other
10.Fold the bottom part of the wrapper,to overlap with the first fold
11.Fill the pocket with Pork mixture
12.Brush the top part of the pocket and fold over to make a triangle
13.Use the paste to fill any openings in the samosas as not to allow oil to get into them when deep frying
14.Deep fry until golden brown
