On arrival at Safari Park Hotel Nairobi we were greeted with smiles and passion juice.The rooms are spacious with a separate lounge area. linen - clean, water - hot, tv - works, internet - high speed broadband. What more do you need?

The grounds of this place are lovely and extensive. It is a huge place with a casino, swimming pools, ponds, tennis courts, fitness center, etc. There are several restaurants and the included breakfast was quite good.

Surrounded by sprawling 64-acre grounds, the Safari Park Hotel combines the intrigue of African architecture and art with an infrastructure on the cutting edge of technology.

Only 15 minutes from downtown Nairobi, you will have the unique opportunity to experience the fast pace of the city and escape back to the expanse and serenity of the hotel.

My only purpose to go to this "5 star hotel", was to relax and have a problem free day and night, and pamper my self a little bit after a long safari.

The staff are lovely people, friendly and efficient and the grounds are immaculate and restful with heaps of pools which I didn't have time to access but just looked wonderful.

The rooms are old colonial style - wooden floor, four poster bed with mosquito nets and the bathrooms clean.

I recommend this hotel for: Young singles, An amazing honeymoon, A romantic getaway, Girlfriend getaway, People with disabilities, Older travelers, Great pool scene, Families with young children, Families with teenagers, Tourists

The highlight of the stay is the evening entertainment, which involved a sort of musical, which turns into a great display of gymnastics!! (we're not going to say any more, as we wouldn't want to give away what happens!!).

Overall, if we were staying in Nairobi again, we would consider this hotel. The suites are great, with wooden floors and four-poster bed, plus a balcony to sit on and look out over the lovely gardens!!

The ancient city-like appearance of the hotel and the serene environment adds to the pure joy of staying in this hotel. The workers are friendly and courteous...

I love the water fall..the restaurants and a whole lot more. It's very green and lush, lots of lovely gardens and plants and the rooms are spread over a large area so it's not at all high rise.

The reception is impressive with a large elephant statue and a big roaring fire (it got quite chilly at night). The rooms were very nice, big bed and a balcony with a view over the gardens and pond.
