The pool area is great- great pool, in a beautiful garden, nice gym, the best mango juice in the poolside bar. All you would expect from a proper 5 star hotel.

There is wireless internet throughout the hotel .The rooms are nicely furnished with good amenities. I never used the AC because the windows open but its available, Nairobi climate is perfect and there were flowers outside my window.

We went swimming in the beautiful pool and lazed on the sun loungers, enjoying the warm sun. The gymnasium is well equipped & the other facilities; sauna etc are great.

When we returned to our room we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly and roses, amazing! The staff was excellent, friendly and polite. The public areas were beautiful, stunning floral displays everywhere. We ate in the Maghreb restaurant; the food was superb on every occasion.

The hotel is clean and well equipped. The service at this hotel is excellent - and probably one of the reasons that they are one of the 'leading hotels of the world'. Click for more information about rates and availability

There are a number of restaurants, we went in the main restaurant for breakfast, and this was very nice. We also went into the a la carte restaurant for an evening meal - this was excellent and the service perfect. We also had room service - this too was excellent.

We stayed in a suite in the hotel, this was very good, it was a good size with a very luxurious bathroom.The prices for food and drink are good, not cheap, but no where near as expensive as expected.
