Getting there The Gateway buses are frequent throughout the day coming from Kampala continuing via Tororo to Mbale/Soroti and even onto to either Lira or Moroto. The 'Downtown Forex Bureau' under the sign Nova Enterprises in the town centre is the only place in town to change money. However finding an Asian trader to deal with outside of normal business hours would not be too difficult in Tororo. Rates are poor needless to say. Tororo has its own Internet cafe Tororo Computer Institute to be found next the Uganda Revenue Authority office on Bazaar Street by the Municipal Council Building.
