Cancellation policy

They will accept cancellation or modification on the accommodation terms without penalty until 11 pm. of 2 day before arrival, otherwise they will debit you the amount of the first night for each reserved room.

Once you have occupied your room, in case of anticipated departure, the Hotel will anyway charge the amount of the whole stay.

The credit card is just a guarantee. they accept payment in cash (dollars, euro and tanzanian shillings) or by VISA/MASTERCARD credit cards (+ 5% commissions)

Notice

The property has hill rooms and beach rooms all with private bathroom. If you want a hill single room, you have to choose the online room Single Shared bathroom.

If you need a hill double room, you have to choose the online room Twin private bathroom. The double private bathroom is a beach room. The triple private bathroom is a hill room.

Check in 12 a.m. and check out 11 a.m.
