SMOKED tilapia with fresh grounded peanuts, eggplants,fine chopped red onions,salt and pepper served with soft boiled green banana(maTOOKE)

groundnut sauce served with sweet potatoes
grilled beef or smoked mixed with Lapena peas ,peanut/simsim paste served with millet bread(kwon)
fresh beans mixed with cabbages served with ugali or mashed irish pots
boil the beans soft drain it, heat olive oil add some chopped onions,galic and red onions, let them fry to golden colour add some tomatoes curry ,chilly and water add the beans turn the heat low chop some cabbages let it boil for some minutes then serve with ugali or mashed pots
