Ugandan food includes conventional cooking with Language, Arab, especially and Asian Indian influences. Such as the cuisines on most places, it differs in the simplest, a starchy product having a sauce of beef or beans, to many-class dishes served in upper class houses and high end restaurants, in difficulty.

Main dishes are often based on stew or a sauce of beans, groundnuts or meat. Soybean was offered like a healthy food choice within the 70s which can also be used, specifically for breakfast. An Asian flatbread, chapati, can also be section of Ugandan food.
