How to Find a Suitable Apartment Rentals for Rent in Uganda
The best way to find your Uganda apartment rental is to search online. There are a couple of reliable Uganda real estate agencies specializing in apartment rentals for tourists.

Whether you want to find an apartment in Uganda for a weekend break, for a vacation holiday or for during your university course rental agencies can most likely offer you something suitable.

Things to consider when choosing a location
• Do you want to be near all the major sights and places of entertainment or you'd rather rent an apartment in a peaceful part of Uganda?
• Available public transport services in the area
Before signing the lease always check:
• length of the lease
• rental fee (best to be paid monthly): how and exactly when should you pay it
• Use of utilities (hot water, kitchen appliances etc.) and how are you going to pay the overhead?
• note that if you rent the flat for indefinite term you have to give a 30-day notice prior to your planned date of moving out
• In Uganda you usually required to pay a security deposit when renting an apartment. The amount of this deposit is usually 3 month rental fee.
The deposit covers any repairs, damages occurring during the lease the rest (or the total amount if there were no damages) will be given back to you at end of the lease.
Make sure this is included in therental contract.
• When you move in make an inventory checklist with your landlord about the condition of the apartment. When you move out you go through the list again noting what changed in the apartment's condition during your stay.
If any damages occured (apart from normal wear) the deposit you paid will cover it.

Mosa Courts Apartments
We stayed in Mosa Court for 10 days and were very comfortable the whole time. The apartment was clean and reasonably equipped with modern airconditioning and good mosquito nets.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a good service at all times. The restaurant has a good a la carte menu and stay open till quite late in the evening. comfortable bar. Generally a clean, secure, and comfortable place to stay within walking distance of Kampala main city center.
I really enjoyed my stay at Mosa Court and would recommend it for anyone especially if you are in Kampala for business. The things I liked the most about it were:
-The rooms were very spacious and cleaned everyday which I found surprising for apartments
- The facility was very quiet and the employees hospitable
- They offer a Complimentary breakfast buffet
- In house broadband internet
- Easy access to the city (no need for a car rental)
- Swimming pool and gym
They had everything I needed to make my stay a wonderful one. It is a perfect place to stay in Kampala, especially for those travelling on business.
